Cherilyn was very knowledgeable and was very helpful in answering our questions and offering advice when asked. She was extremely responsive which was crucial in the real estate market that we were facing at the time. One morning we informed her of two houses that had just gone on the market that we were interested in. She scheduled for us to see them that morning which culminated our search. She helped us to navigate making an offer on the one that we ended up buying. She delivered the offer that day and we closed the deal the next day. We would not have been able to do it without her knowledge and help. She helped us navigate the Zillow 360 closing process including dealing with the title company and completing the closing process. She was always available when we needed her.Cherilyn is a very good communicator and listener. We always felt very comfortable with her and that helped extremely in a very stressful time.

Cherilyn did an amazing job of finding us our new home. She went above and beyond working with us. Since we were in New York it was very important that we had a realtor who knew what we wanted. That was Cherilyn. As a matter of fact, she found this house and we did a virtual tour. I loved it and we put an offer in. Now we are living in our new home and it’s perfect. I would recommend her to anyone.

Cherilyn gave us great advice and definitely eased our anxiety over buying a new home in another state. When discussing different communities in the Tampa area we told her our and her local knowledge narrowed down our search. Being available and willing to show us multiple houses via video during a hot housing market while we weren't there in person was key for us. Her help in walking us through the bidding process and guidance once we decided to put in an offer were instrumental in getting our dream home, in an area we love and living our dream in retirement.
